WFZJ455D (holding furnace capacity is 500kg, two cavities) LPDC machine is specially used for motorcycle cylinder head casting manufacturing. According to the working principle of low pressure die casting, the liquid Al. will be pressed into the die space through the riser tube from the holding furnace. Then it solidified by mould cooling, solidification technics, castings will be unloaded with opening-locking structure and catcher structure automatically. WFZJ455D can meet kinds of motorcycle cylinder head casting (two cavities) technics requirements well.
